Wine and food tasting with tour of the estate 

Immerse yourself in our Tenuta drinking good wines with a sommelier and visiting our estate with the Church and a Museum.


The staff of the Tenuta will welcome you in an intimate and romantic atmosphere, welcomed in environments of great harmony and privacy and you will also find the warmth and typicality of family management. With a guided tour we will enter the historic rooms of the estate, recently restored, and discover the world of the court of the Grand Duke of Tuscany.

The ancient residence, with the historic rooms and the Italian garden, the school, the museum, the cellar of the estate and the collection of over 300 animals, many of which are already extinct.


A dive into the past to discover 100 years of Tuscan history!


This will be followed by a tasting of local products oil and wine with a sommelier. Olive oil and its characteristics Tuscan wine and its typical products!

Learn about the secrets of the Italian cooking with your home chef!

 A cooking class with  private teacher who is also a wine and olive oil sommelier to show you how to make a perfect home made pasta and Italian meals. 

All classes are private and custom made. We will decide a menu together, also based on what you have available at home. You can ask for special Italian recipes.

La Locanda delle Scuderie restaurant

The La Locanda delle Scuderie restaurant is located a few kilometers from Chiusi, in a historic building of the ancient village of Tenuta Granducale di Dolciano.


Here you will find surprising dishes prepared by the celebrated chef Walter Tripodi, who has more than 30 years of experience.


The chef Walter Tripodi serves traditional Tuscan and Italian cuisine, all prepared with raw seasonal materials of the highest quality.
